About Decos Subdr

Founded in 2014 by botanist Sofie Drachmann and interior stylist Lars Decoss, our studio emerged from a shared observation: Copenhagen apartments often lacked the tactile warmth plants provide, yet many residents killed specimens through overwatering or poor placement.

We educate clients while delivering turnkey installations. Every plant arrives with a care card in English and Danish, noting watering frequency, preferred humidity, and signs of stress specific to Nordic indoor climates.

We source from responsible Danish and Dutch growers, prioritising pest-free stock and cultivars tested in low-light conditions typical of north-facing Norrebro windows and Frederiksberg courtyards.
